After two seasons of canceled races due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, and the following two years focussing on school and apprenticeship work with little time and focus on racing, I couldn’t be more excited to get back into a “full time” racing schedule in 2025. I firmly believe that although I’m older in age, this has only made me stronger and faster heading into the 2025 season, as I have taken the time to develop other aspects in my life other than the tunnel vision of strict training and racing. With the development of the foundations in my personal Identity, I’ve been able to use that to further motivate, inspire, and harness the full potential of my training and riding. I couldn’t be more excited to be in the start gate this upcoming year!

- Achieve Top 5 Places in BC/NW Cup, Top 10 in select Enduro events and top 10 in Canada Cups.

DH/Enduro Race Highlights 2019
In 2019, I felt I was having a breakthrough season for Enduro. My fitness was at an all time high, I was progressing my rider positioning and skills to go faster and I was riding and keeping up with a lot of really fast local riders to get a good idea of where I need to be to be competitive. I also had some big learning experiences with sleep and hydration which unfortunately rewarded me with some poor results at two very important EWS Qualifier races. I’ve taken what I’ve learned and the mistakes that I’ve made and am applying it to planning things out for 2020!

Why Sponsor Levi:
Why choose Levi Harapnuik to represent your company or brand? Because I’m fast, and I’m getting faster. I have a professional level of passion and commitment to the sport, and I ride more often and in more places than most other riders. I have an exceptional work ethic and will put as much effort into promoting your brand and company as I do training and working on my skills.
In the 11 years that I have moved off the Alberta prairies to the North Shore I have competed in over 100 Provincial/National/International races. 2019 was the year I gave a real good shot at Enduro racing and I thought I was going to have a breakout season after having an exceptional race at the first CNES race in Vedder. The result wasn’t what I expected, but I made some huge leaps in fitness and consistency over the entire race. I still made some mistakes that cost lots of time, like missing the start of a skinny and bushwacking through the weeks and brush for a bit (who puts skinnies in a race course anyways?), but was overall very excited to iron out the wrinkles and improve on the next round. Unfortunately I learned the hard way of the importance of a good nights sleep and having enough water/electrolytes and didn’t have the results I was hoping for in the next two big EWS qualifying races. I was fortunate to not have any major injuries, but it was still a rough season riddled with some little crashes and little injuries in both practice and race runs. Even though I didn’t accomplish all of my goals in 2019, I achieved 3rd overall in the stacked local enduro race series, the NSMBA Fivers. I am taking what I’ve learned in 2019 and using in training to prepare for the 2025 race season.
Because I have had to learn how to go faster and how to improve my skills I do not simply rely on youthful speed and fearlessness. I know what it takes to keep on developing my skill and have the confidence and personal discipline to keep on improving as a professional.
2025 is going to be a great year. While most people are taking their “off season break”, I am training harder than ever and am continually working on developing the essential skills for racing downhill and enduro. I will be training to focus for Enduro and DH races to get more exposure and to help improve my skills overall.
I can represent your brand and company professionally because I am passionate about biking and the cycling lifestyle. My commitment to the cycling lifestyle and to making racing my profession make me a confident spokesperson for the sport.
I am also a skilled mechanic and understand and appreciate high quality equipment and can represent this knowledge to my fellow riders and the broader community.
In 2019, I traveled to 15 unique and popular riding destinations across North America and was able to talk and connect with a lot of riders from different places around the world. I plan to go to even more destinations in 2025 and can represent your brand or company locally and nationally.
I assisted in organizing Lethbridge Area Cycling Association Dirtjump Park and am currently exploring opportunities to get involved in with the NSMBA to promote the sport of mountain biking.
