2. Diamond Routine:

What: Bike/Body leaning drill

Loctation:
Kirkstone Baseball Diamond or Kirkstone Soccer field with cones.

Working on:
Leaning the body/bike for traction-How low can you go?
Pressure Control
Traction Control

How:
Sprint in to Diamond starting at home base, at each base (corner) work on leaning body/bike appropriate to speed and angle of corner. Sprint out of corner to next one as quick as possible. Work on transitioning between corner and sprint body positions as quickly as possible.

Do four laps one direction, four laps opposite direction times four sets with one minute brakes in between sets. Also a great cardio workout!
